| Performing the press while in the kneeling position require a greater amount of core tension and builds fantastic upper body strength with balance. By changing narrowing your base you change the dynamic of the exercise entirely. Instead of being purely a shoulder exercise, much more is required of you. It is a great addition to your pressing workouts that will add a component of instability without taking it to farther extremes. | |||||||

| Clean a single kettlebell into the rack position | |
| Lunge with the opposite leg (rack in the right arm, lunge forward with left leg) | |
| Find a balanced position and press the kettlebell overhead to lockout | |
| To make this exercise more difficult, line up your front foots and back knee to a near straight line. This decreases your center of balance creating a much harder exercise. |
