| Exercise Steps |
| Position the kettlebells about a foot in front of you and grab the kettlebells, bending your hips with a slight bend in your knees | |
| Keeping your back straight and your glutes tight throughout the duration pick up the kettlebell slightly swinging it between your legs | |
| Using a hip-snapping motion, thrust the kettlebells forward and at the same time, pulling up to bring the kettlebells overhead | |
| When the kettlebell reaches it's peak above your head with your arms almost fully extended, punch up through the kettlebell letting it rest on your forearm. Release the kettlebells from this position and without jerking your arms, allow them to swing between your legs and repeat as many times as desired. |
