| The Two Hand Anyhow Windmill version is a fantastic strength exercise which hits your core hard. Holding both kettlebells and then performing a windmill is a powerful exercise that will build strength not only in your core, but in your entire upper body. As with the Squat version, perform this exercise for strength at the beginning of your workout or use it as an extreme conditioner at the end of your workout. | |||||||

| Double clean a pair of kettlebells. Press one and keep the other in the rack position | |
| Keeping one overhead, perform a windmill lowering the kettlebell in the rack position to the ground. | |
| Touch the kettlebell to the floor and while in a full windmill, curl the kettlebell back to the rack position and stand up. | |
| Once standing, alternate which kettlebell is overhead and repeat the motion with the other kettlebell with a windmill. |

Sara Cheatham is part of Red Star Athletics. I am an Army Brat and Air Force wife. I've found kettlebells to be beneficial for preparing and maintianing deployable troops' needs as well as being handy for women on the home front to get & stay in shape right in their own homes (a HUGE benefit for their many demands).
