Joey Alvarado, owner of Socal MMA Fitness and creator of Kettle-Jitsu, demonstrates a combination of kettlebell exercises combined into a series of ground and ballistic drills. Kettle-Jitsu combines martial arts movements from Jiu Jitsu, kick boxing, boxing, and wrestling with ballistic kettlebell exercises like Swings, Figure 8s, TGU's and more.
