I've came up with my own holistic fitness + self defense program. I call it "K.O. Method" or Kinetic Overload Method aka Knock Out Method. When it comes to the fitness part of it, "K" is for kinetic; defined as: of, relating to, or resulting from motion.• (of a work of art) depending on movement for its effect. "O" is for overload. When it comes to the self defense component, the "K.O." stands for Knock Out. The entire program consist of boot camp type of workouts, unconventional styles of weight training, boxing drills, and self defense.

The fitness part of it, also known as, "Kinetic Overload Method" will transform you from head to toe. It's a program I've design with a series of unconventional exercises & routines. These work outs are designed to give you maximal results in the least amount of time, with the least amount of physical and mental exertion. It's all based on well balanced, well timed and well gauged movements. Allowing you to constantly be on the move to keep your heart rate up and to create constant resistance by triggering many different muscles at once per exercise. Thus the name "Kinetic Overload Method". I guarantee you'll get the best work out you've ever received.

The self defense part of my program, also known as, "Knock Out Method", is not meant for competition. It's objective is to train individuals how to affectively defend one's self realistically through any attack with efficiency and confidence. It consist of many techniques and movements that truly work in the real world. Similar to the fitness component of K.O. Method, these techniques and movements are designed to give you maximal results in the least amount of movements, with the least amount of physical and mental exertion. It's all based on well balanced, well timed and well gauged movements. Allowing you to press constant and affective intimidation on to your attacker. It teaches you how to easily tear down your attacker with no unnecessary movements. It promotes fundamentals of Billiards and Chess in its strategy. You'll learn to employ combinations that literally set you up for the next affective shot (Billiards) and how you can strategize to be ahead of your attacker by at least 3-4 moves (Chess). Thus, the name "Knock Out Method". K.O. Method, will forever be in it's evolutionary state. It's similar to Jeet Kune Do (designed by the legendary Bruce Lee), in the sense that it is a form without form.
