Exercise of the Day: Brood 9 Hawaiian Jungle Workout

Brood 9 is designed to preserve the standards of excellence in teaching and instructions for the Martial Arts.  We will teach excellence through discipline, strength, and courage.  We will help each student reach their goals whether it is competing, becoming an instructor, or simply having a great time interacting with others who enjoy martial arts.  We promise to promote an environment of respect, appreciation, and learning of the variety of martial arts styles and skills.
