Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, John Wolf of Wolf Fitness Systems hopes to make a difference in the lives of fellow Monterey County residents through fitness. His desire to help apparently stemming from his childhood.
"When I was four years old my parents enrolled me into Bojuka Ryu, a local martial arts school located in Marina. It was there that I was taught many lessons including a code of conduct that has helped shape my character and benefited me in countless ways. The respect I have for my Sensei (teacher) for his role in so many lives is rivaled by none. As I grow older and think more about what I want in life I often think of him. I hope to be able to live a life of service just as he has."
