Sandbag Workout Circuit:

A1: Power Cleans - 5 x 10
A2: Push Jerks - 5 x 10
A3: Back Squats - 5 x 10

That bag is really moving, Matt. Good job. The more time I spend with a sandbag, the more it highlights my need for and lack of shoulder mobility. Going to have to break out the ol' dowel and do some of those whateveryoucallems.

Thanks Clark! That's actually pretty old footage but I'm still fairly happy with it. The dowel and some thingamyjigs are a good choice but my shoulder flexibility was always most helped but doing lots of overhead stuff - lunges, step ups, walks, windmills and holds work wonders. Making sure to keep arms locked throughout.
