My name is Meredith Patterson, I am an IKFF Certified Kettlebell teacher and an ACE Certified personal trainer. I teach small kettlebell classes around the Bitterroot Valley. I also work full time in native plant restoration and love the Montana backcountry. I spend my spare time backpacking, skiing, playing ice hockey and practicing martial arts.
