Kettlebell Hack Squat demonstration by Dave Hedges.The Kettlebell Hack Squat, a great way to isolate the quads. be sure to pause at the bottom position to save the knees. if you have bad knees, this may not be a good fit for you, if your knees are healthy this is a good drill for developing strength at that fully flexed position necessary in combat sports.
