Speed Vaulting Exercise Instructions:

Step 1: Approach target, gain speed.
Step 2: Reach for target, launch off the ball of your foot, raise opposite knee during launch.
Step 3: Plant hand, tuck knee of launching leg, extend opposite leg behind.
Step 4: Let go of target, extend launching leg forward.
