Precision Jumping Exercise Instructions:
Step 1: Pick starting and ending points.Step 2: Swing arms back, bend forward at the hips.
Step 3: Swing arms forward, bend the knees, and roll onto the balls of your feet.
Step 4: Launch off the balls of your feet, extend your arms and legs.
Step 5: Contract legs, bring knees towards chest.
Step 6: Extend legs foward, aim feet at target.
Step 7: Stick landing, absorb impact with legs.
