How to do Rocking Chair Get Up Jiu Jitsu Exercise The Rocking Chair Get Up exercise is a progression from  the Rocking Chair exercise, and involves a one-legged squat at the completion of the drill. The squat at the end of each rep greatly increases the difficulty of the exercise and targets additional large muscle groups.
