How to do a Hand Walkout to Extended Push Up The Hand walkout to extended push up is a powerful upper body exercise that will build extreme shoulder and core strength. This exercise will help not only get you strong but build solid upper body and core endurance as well. It will help develop your upper back as well with a deep stretch at the bottom.

Exercise Steps
Step 1 With straight legs, bring your hands as close to your feet as possible on the ground
Step 2 Walk your hands out until they are as far as you can possibly extend them
Step 3 In this extended position lower the body as low as you can until you can bring your chest to the ground, walk your hands back to the starting position and repeat.
Tips Make sure to keep your hands straight to protect your wrists. Keep your shoulders "packed" into your arms not fully extending them. This will help protect the rotator cuff.
