| With straight legs, bring your hands as close to your feet as possible on the ground | |
| Walk your hands out until they are as far as you can possibly extend them | |
| In this extended position lower the body as low as you can until you can bring your chest to the ground, walk your hands back to the starting position and repeat. | |
| Make sure to keep your hands straight to protect your wrists. Keep your shoulders "packed" into your arms not fully extending them. This will help protect the rotator cuff. |
