How to do the Superman Exercise The superman hold is a great isometric exercise that will help strengthen your core and lower back, and shoulders. You can do it anywhere and it's even a great way to finish your workouts.

Step 1 Lay on your stomach.
Step 2 Reach your arm out straight in front of you and lift your legs off the ground
Step 3 Hold for as long as you can
Tips Maintain a tight core. Maintain a neutral neck position by not looking up. Just look straight in front of you. Bring your legs and arms as high as you can off the ground.
