Get into a low lunge position with one leg in front of the other | |

In the low position, jump up and switch leg positions and land in a low lunge | |

Repeat this exercise back and forth as many times as desired. | |

Make sure your knees track over your toes throughout the entire exercise. Keep your back as straight and vertical as possible. Only perform this exercise if you have no knee, hip, or ankle injuries to speak of. |
