| Exercise Steps |
| With straight legs, bring your hands to the ground | |
| With a straight back, hop your hands forward as far as you can in front of you safely. | |
| Hop back until your hands are as close to your feet as possible. | |
| Maintain a tight core throughout the exercise. Keep your hands straight to avoid wrist injury. Make sure your shoulders and wrists can handle the force. |
