How to do the Hop Out Exercise The Hop Out is a powerful upper body and core exercise. A more advanced version of the hand walk out but not quite as difficult as explosive pushups. It is an efficient way to build explosive upper body strength and power and when done for long enough will have a great cardio effect.

Exercise Steps
Step 1 With straight legs, bring your hands to the ground
Step 2 With a straight back, hop your hands forward as far as you can in front of you safely.
Step 3 Hop back until your hands are as close to your feet as possible.
Tips Maintain a tight core throughout the exercise. Keep your hands straight to avoid wrist injury. Make sure your shoulders and wrists can handle the force.
