How to do Hindu Push Ups

Similar to Dive Bombers, Hindu Pushups are a great bodyweight exercise that will put your shoulders through a wide range of motion. Your back and hips get some nice flexibility work as you really have to open up on the bottom of the movement. This is truly a full body bodyweight exercise that will build strength and endurance like no other.

Exercise Steps
Step 1

Place your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips on the ground with a straight back and lift your backside in the air maintaining the straight line with your legs and back

Step 2

Bring your chest to the ground as if swooping under a fence. 

Step 3

Once in prone position bring your backside straight back, straightening your arms at the same time. Repeat.

Tips

Keep a neutral neck throughout the exercise. Keep your hands facing forward to protect your wrists.
