Get into a push up position with your hands on the ground under your shoulders and your body a straight line | |
|
Bring your left foot under and across your body as far as you can reach and perform a push up | |
|
Bring your left book to pushup position and then repeat with the other side. | |
|
Maintain a tight core throughout the exercise. This will put your shoulders and hips through a wider range of motion vs regular pushups so make sure your body can handle it. |
