The Gladiator Hold is a great static exercise that will build full body strength and endurance. The great thing about this exercise is to make it harder go ahead and put a weight in your top hand and have some serious strength building fun. | |||||||

Get into a side plank with your right hand directly under your shoulder and your arm straight.. | |
|
Place your right foot on the ground and straighten your left leg | |
|
Hold this position as long as you can. Repeat on the other side | |
|
Make sure to keep a tight core throughout the duration of the exercise. Maintain a straight line from head to toe and keep a neutral neck meaning look straight ahead. |
