How to a Wall Sit The Wall sit is a very easy exercise that will strengthen your lower body and core. All you need to do is a find a wall or sturdy structure and lean against it. Bring your thighs to parallel to the ground and set the timer. Great for people who can't squat well or those with bad knees that would still like to build leg strength.
