| Get into push up position on the ground with your hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line. | |
| Drop down maintaining a straight line in your body. When you get to the bottom, hold the position as long as you want. | |
| Push yourself back to the starting position and repeat. | |
| Maintain a straight line by keeping a tight core throughout the entire exercise. |
