| Exercise Steps |
| Get into a push up position on the ground with your hands under your shoulders and body in a straight line. | |
| Keeping your body straight, bring one knee forward keeping the foot off the ground. Then repeat on the other side. | |
| Speed up this process until you are moving quickly. Continue for as long as desired. | |
| Maintain a tight core throughout the duration of the exercise. |
