How to do Mountain Climbers Mountain Climbers are a fun and easy exercise that will get your whole body moving. This is an excellent exercise to add into your training to get your heart rate going and burn unwanted body fat. They do a great job of incorporating the core as well.

Body Parts Used: Core, Legs, Arms, Shoulders, Chest, Back

Exercise Steps
Step 1 Get into a push up position on the ground with your hands under your shoulders and body in a straight line.
Step 2 Keeping your body straight, bring one knee forward keeping the foot off the ground. Then repeat on the other side.
Step 3 Speed up this process until you are moving quickly. Continue for as long as desired.
Tips Maintain a tight core throughout the duration of the exercise.
