| Exercise Steps |
| Grab a sturdy pull up bar with a wide grip. | |
| Look up slightly, take a breath in and pull yourself up to where your chin is over the bar. | |
| Slowly lower yourself and repeat. | |
| Maintain a tight core throughout the duration of the exercise. Do not use any kind of swinging motion. Have a partner hold your legs or use a step to assist in this exercise until you build the strength to do it yourself. |
