| The Mixed Grip Pull up gives your hands and forearms a greater challenge. Perform with your hands in opposite directions and then change the than hand positions and repeat. This is great exercise to mix into your pull up routine to stimulate that arm and back in a different way. | |||||||

| Grab the bar with one palm facing away and one palm facing toward you. | |
| Pull yourself up so that you chin goes above the bar | |
| Slowly return to the bottom position and repeat | |
| Maintain core tension throughout the duration of the exercise. Look slightly up and grip the bar tightly. |
