| Position yourself on the ground so that your hands are directly under you shoulders and your body stays in a straight line | |
| Look slightly ahead of you and lower your body maintaining a straight line | |
| Upon rising, reach down with your left hand while simultaneously bringing your right knee up and forward. Repeat the lowering portion and then touch with your other hand and opposite leg. | |
| Maintain core tension throughout the entire exercise so as not to let the hips drop. |
