How to do the In and Out Push Up The In and Out Push Up is an explosive variation of the push up. It takes you through a variety of push ups . This will help increase your upper body strength and power as well as. Try this exercise to add some variety to your upper body training.

Exercise Steps
Step 1 Start in the push up position with a close grip.
Step 2 Push up and explode to a normal push up. Explode again until you are in a wide pushup
Step 3 Push up again into normal and then finally close grip. Repeat back and forth as many times as desired.
Tips Maintain core tension throughout the entire exercise. Land as softly as possible so as not to jar the wrists and elbows.
