Shadow-Jitsu Bodyweight Flow Exercise Instructions:

Perform two reps of the following exercises. Seek to flow from one exercise to the next with minimal impact on the ground or hesitation in between bodyweight exercises.

A1: Leg Throughs
A2: Explosive Deck Squats
A3: Knee-Touch Push Ups
