			<description>Thanks Mark, very humbling, dropped KB's to 16's and sandbag to 30, had a lot of trouble with balance on leg raises so i leant my butt against a wall and bent legs at knees, guess that may have defeated the balance part of the exercise but couldn't figure any other substitute. Enjoyed it! - blurrk9</description>
