			<description>Another tough one, thanks Mark, dropped some  of the weights and broke the last 3 sets of HE into 6x30sec cause I had no fuel left in the tank. Enjoying the training, keep em coming, and I've dropped 2 kgs in 19 days not that it was a goal but hasn't hurt especially when trying to punch out chin ups! - blurrk9</description>
