Shape Shifters is meant to share my training methods from Shape Shifter Fitness. It is a well balanced and ecclectic system of fitness training, fun and progressive, and challenging. Designed to develop high levels of strength, endurance, flexibility, fluidity, grace, and poise. I am an avid martial artist, and a certified fitness trainer, my system is loosley based on JKD and some of the principals of mixed martial arts.
