Tom Furman is the creator of the popular DVD: Concrete Conflict & Conditioning and the Activate Your Dynamic Range of Motion DVD which introduces Tom’s excellent program of flexibility. I hold a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from San Francisco State University. With over 10 years of experience in athletic rehabilitation and strength training, I have helped coach many clients from Jr. High to Olympic and Professional athletes at all levels.
