Tobias Bros. Tricking Article to be included in the My Mad Methods MagazineThe Tobias Bros., a group of professional Trickers and Martial Artists, contributed an article titled: Tricking: A Social Movement for the special Bodyweight Edition in the My Mad Methods Magazine Oct/Nov 2011 Issue. The Tobias Bros. include Franky Tobias, Ale Kamikaze Tobias, and Tony Tobias and have been involved in martial arts since the age of four. They are Black Belts in Kenpo Karate and currently teach karate, Tricking, Parkour, and MMA in Guatemala.

The October/November Issue of the My Mad Methods Magazine is a special bodyweight training edition that focuses on methods and techniques that only involve calisthenics. The bodyweight training methods involve strength, conditioning, agility, balance, and overall body control that can provide you everything you need to reach your goals, no equipment required.

My Mad Methods at the 2012 LA Fitness Expo

2012 LA Fitness Expo, My Mad Methods Magazine BoothMy Mad Methods Magazine, in partnership with Brood 9 Martial Arts, Wolf Fitness Systems, and Socal MMA & Fitness, will have a booth at the 2012 Los Angles Fitness Expo near the Gracie US Nationals Jiu Jitsu Tournament.
