Mad Methods Productions have entered post-production of trainer John
Wolf's new Evolution Kettlebell Groundwork Volume One DVD. John Wolf,
owner of Wolf Fitness Systems in Salinas, California developed the
Evolution Kettlebell Groundwork training system by incorporating his
extensive experience and training with body movement and kettlebells
with a well-structured training protocol incorporating progressive
exercise and skill principles.
The kettlebell DVD, which incorporates step-by-step exercise instruction, progressively difficult follow-along workout sessions, and skill testing is currently in post-production with a tentative release date of August 2011. Pre-sale is expected to begin in mid-July 2011.
