My Mad Methods Workout AppLos Angeles, California (March 20, 2011) - My Mad Methods has launched the first version of the My Mad Methods Workout App for the iPhone. The new application was created to give My Mad Methods Members the ability to view kettlebell, sandbag, and bodyweight workouts anytime, anywhere from their Apple iPhones, in addition to being able to quickly and easily contact and submit messages and pictures to MyMadMethods.com.

The My Mad Methods Workout App simply lists the exercises, sets, and reps of each exercise, with an option to open the more detailed content from the website, including workout details like body parts used, difficulty level, body parts used, and equipment needed, a step-by-step video tutorial, and the information about the trainer who created the workout.

Currently, the My Mad Methods Workout App is free for Version 1.0, however, later versions with additional capabilities may include a small purchase fee.

@scorpiogirl - yes, but I want to increase the capabilities prior to making a premium version, possibly with an "assemble your own workout" function.

@xoek - Yes! I'm working on the droid version and it should be out in the next 30-60 days. I'll let you know!
